If you believe that you have a claim against the Debtor for any reason, you should file a Proof of Claim Form with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court. 

As of yet, the Bankruptcy Court has not set a claims bar date after which claims will not be accepted by the Bankruptcy Court (the “Bar Date”).  Creditors will be notified by mail of this Bar Date when it is set by the Bankruptcy Court.  Information related to the Bar Date will also be found on this Web Site.
